Why we train on your own processes

People learn from examples – and retain what they recognise.

That is why our sessions build on your processes: the practice app manages your leave requests, the practice flow approves your invoices. We train each user group separately – business departments, key users, developers, administrators – on site or remote, compact or as an accompanying programme with practice phases. Materials and recordings stay with you, so the knowledge does not end with the session.

AI literacy: from good intention to obligation

For AI, training counts double: it decides the benefit – and it has become an obligation.

Since February 2025 the EU AI Act has required companies to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. We do not turn that into a mandatory slide show but into workplace-level training: what Copilot does well and what it does not, how good prompts are written, where human review remains mandatory. For development teams we pass on our own way of working – AI-assisted development with Claude Code, agentic knowledge work with Claude Cowork and Claude Teams.

Frequently asked questions about our training

How much does personalised training cost?

It depends on the number of participants, scope and degree of tailoring – a compact user day is priced differently from a citizen-developer programme over several weeks. After the needs analysis you receive a concrete offer with a clear scope.

How long does a training take?

From half a day for one user group to a multi-week programme with practice phases – the needs analysis shows what your goal requires. Shorter, recurring sessions usually beat a single marathon day.

Do you train on site or remote?

Both – and often mixed: kick-off on site, practice phases and office hours remote. What matters is working in your real environment, not in a demo world.

Who are citizen-developer programmes for?

For business-department staff who are meant to build their own apps and flows – with guard rails: environments, data policies and clear handover points to IT. The result is relief for IT instead of shadow IT.

Does this satisfy the EU AI Act's AI-literacy obligation?

Our AI sessions teach competent, risk-aware use of the tools you deploy and can be documented. Whether that satisfies all of your company's obligations is for your legal counsel to assess – we provide the content and the evidence.
