How much does a custom application cost?
Process complexity, the number of roles and forms, integrations and reporting drive the effort. After the analysis phase you receive a reliable estimate with a clearly defined scope. Because we use AI in our own development, the effort is lower – and we pass that on in our pricing.
How long does an application project take?
A clearly scoped app with a few forms goes live much faster than a platform with SAP integration and a worldwide rollout – so an honest answer is only possible after the analysis. Thanks to our iterative approach you see a usable version early on.
Dataverse or SharePoint list – which is the right data layer?
SharePoint lists are sufficient for simple data structures and work with the Microsoft 365 licences you already have. Dataverse pays off for complex data models, fine-grained permissions and large data volumes – as in the PLM system for Armacell with more than 100,000 migrated records.
Which licences do our employees need?
Apps built on SharePoint lists and standard connectors are already included in many Microsoft 365 plans; Dataverse and premium connectors require premium licences per user or per app. As Microsoft adjusts prices and models regularly, we check in the analysis phase which licensing model is the most economical for you.
Can you integrate SAP and other existing systems?
Yes – via connectors, APIs and Azure services. The key is to clarify early which system leads and how data is synchronised. For Armacell, the PLM application synchronises its data with SAP; integrations like these are part of our standard scope.
Do you take over existing apps or support our own team?
Both. We take over Power Apps that have grown in business departments and give them architecture, permissions and clean lifecycle management – or we work alongside your developers as application architects, including setting up AI-assisted development with Claude Code, Claude Cowork or Claude Teams.
